We only collect data that we need to run the product for you:

• Account data: first name, last name, email, hashed password.
• Order data: selected credit pack, currency, promo code, chosen payment method, order status.
• Home data you enter: rooms, tasks, inventory items, shopping lists, notes.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type.
• Support data: messages you send us and the responses we send back.

We do not knowingly collect government IDs, health data, biometric data, or financial account numbers.

• Deliver the features you request (schedules, lists, reminders, AI suggestions).
• Process credit purchases and confirm bank transfers.
• Keep the service secure and prevent abuse or fraud.
• Respond to support requests.
• With your consent, measure product usage and improve features.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, password reset). Marketing emails only with your opt-in.

We keep account and home data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for tax, accounting, or legal reasons (typically up to 7 years for invoices and payment records).

We use industry-standard controls: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted database storage at rest, least-privilege access, and logging of administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe you have found a vulnerability, please email [email protected].

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, delete, or export your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the product.
