Summary
- Unused credits: fully refundable within 14 days of purchase.
- Partially used purchase: pro-rata refund of unused credits within 14 days.
- After 14 days: credits are non-refundable but remain valid for 24 months.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
When you can request a refund
You can request a refund if:
- You request it within 14 days of the purchase date, and
- Your credits are unused, or you are asking for a pro-rata refund of remaining credits, and
- Your account is in good standing (no violation of our Acceptable Use Policy).
When we can't refund
- Credits already spent in the product.
- Bonus or promotional credits granted for free.
- Purchases older than 14 days (except where required by law).
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
EU/UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use the credits before the 14 days end, you may lose that right for the used portion; the unused portion remains refundable within the withdrawal period. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this policy.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
- Include your order confirmation and the reason for the request.
- We reply within 3 business days with the outcome and next steps.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days. The time it takes to arrive depends on your payment method and bank. For bank transfers we may ask for account details to send the refund back to the originating account.
Chargebacks & disputes
Please contact support before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve the issue faster. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
