Terms of Service

By using the X13 sp. z o.o. website or product ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Notify us of any unauthorized access at [email protected].

The Service uses a prepaid credit model. Credits are consumed when you run features in the product. Credits have no cash value, do not accrue interest, and are non-transferable between accounts.

Credits expire 24 months after purchase if unused. Promotional or bonus credits may have shorter expiration terms disclosed at the time of the offer.

Prices are shown in the currency you choose at checkout (EUR, USD, GBP, or PLN). The base price is €0.10 per credit; other currencies are converted at the rate shown at checkout. Your bank may apply its own conversion or fees.

For bank transfer orders, we send wire instructions to your email after checkout. Credits activate once the transfer clears (usually within one business day). Card, PayPal, and Stripe options are coming soon.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Violating it may result in suspension or termination without refund.

The Service uses AI to suggest tasks, schedules, and lists. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before acting on them, especially for maintenance, safety, or purchases. The Service does not provide professional advice.

The Service, including its design, software, and content we provide, is owned by X13 sp. z o.o. and protected by law. You keep ownership of content you enter (rooms, tasks, inventory). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service for you.

You may close your account anytime by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law. On termination we delete or anonymize your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, X13 sp. z o.o. and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where X13 sp. z o.o. is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Consumer protection rights of your country of residence are not affected.
